Salary: £24,375 - £25,350 per annum (dependant on experience)

Working Location: Bicester (entirely on-site)

Working Hours: 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

Contract: Temporary - 3-month contract with potential for extension

Equation Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator on behalf of our prestigious and well-established client, to be based at their premises in Bicester. This organisation are world leaders in their field and require an experienced administrator to assist their spare parts and field service teams.

Administrator Responsibilities:

• Order entry into the CRM/ERP systems.
• Contributing to quotes
• Assisting with placing purchase orders
• Complete order confirmations.
• Collate costs in preparation for invoices
• Ensuring all orders for parts are complete
• Informing customers of successful deliveries
• Making customers aware of any order complications when necessary
• Updating and maintaining the CRM/ERP systems
• Occasionally provide administrative support for the field services team

Essential Experience:

• Proven administrative experience in a high-pressure environment
• Customer service experience in a B2B capacity via the telephone and email
• Confidence working with Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience working with ERP systems such as SAP

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge of technical drawings
• Previous experience working with international offices
