Account Executive / Sales Support (Bicester)

Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for an Account Executive / Sales Support position based at a modern depot in Bicester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business supplying specialist industrial equipment to a wide range of clients across the UK. You'll play a vital role supporting the sales and service teams, managing key client accounts, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of client accounts
• Providing day-to-day support to the sales and hire desk teams
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Using CRM systems (ideally Sage CRM) to track sales and customer data
• Participating in client visits, exhibitions, and supplier meetings
• Acting as the link between internal departments to ensure smooth customer journeys

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Previous experience in account management, customer service or sales support
• Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with B2B customers
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Sage CRM or similar)
• A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
• Located within 15-20 miles of Bicester

Desirable:

• Experience in construction equipment, plant hire, or industrial services
• Familiarity with Sage accounting systems
• UK driving licence
