Area Sales Representative
Field-based – Covering Kent, Sussex & Surrey

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium decorative walls, facade claddings, soffit systems, skirtings, and flooring solutions. They operate in over 55 countries, offering innovation, quality, and design under one global brand.

They’re Expanding their UK Team!
Following continued success in the UK & Ireland, our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Area Sales Representative to cover the Kent, Sussex, and Surrey regions. You’ll join a growing UK team and play a key role in developing new business and growing their presence in the British market.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Area Sales Representative:

  • Promote and sell their core product categories: facade claddings, floors, skirtings, and decorative walls.
  • Develop and implement local trade and distribution strategies.
  • Actively seek and acquire new clients, focusing on long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Work directly with all distribution channels: Distributors, DIY Networks, Wholesalers, and Contractors.
  • Maintain, support, and grow existing client accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in line with regional growth plans.

What they’re Looking For in the Area Sales Representative – Must-Haves:
✅ Strong desire and drive to succeed in a field sales and new business development role.
✅ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the interior design, building materials, or technical products sectors (B2B or B2C).
✅ Goal-oriented mindset with solid negotiation skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Proficiency in English
✅ Full UK driving license.
